Statement of Faith:

We believe;


1. In God who is one and eternally existing in three persons; namely the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, creator of heavens and earth, everything therein – both seen and unseen


2. In the bible of 66 canonical books, only 39 in the Old Testament and 27 in the New Testament
• As the infallible, in errant and inspired word of God, and
• The authority of scriptures over believers.


3. That Jesus Christ is the only begotten son of God who was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin, Mary as in Luke 1:34-35; 2:1-7


4. That Jesus Christ was crucified, died, got buried but was raised from the dead on the third day by God through the power of the Holy Spirit. After 40days He ascended to heaven and is now seated at the right hand of God, where He performs the ministry of intercession for us.


5. In the existence of a malignant being called Satan, the tempter and accuser of men before God. God has destined him to the eternal punishment of the lake which burns with fire and brimstone.


6. That all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God and that God commands all to respect for the remission of their sins (their salvation), which is only by Gods’ grace, through faith based upon Christ’s redemptive work on the cross, as the Holy Spirit does conviction.


7. That justification, regeneration and new birth are brought by faith in the blood of Jesus Christ.


8. In sanctification, subsequent to the new birth through faith in the blood of Jesus Christ; through the word and the Holy Spirit.


9. Holiness to be God’s standard of living for His people.


10. In water baptism by immersion in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit upon only those who have repented and accepted Jesus as their Lord and personal savior.


11. In the baptism of the Holy Spirit upon every person who repents and believes in Jesus Christ as Lord and savior followed by speaking in tongues.

12. In divine healing of the physical body provided for in the atonement of Jesus Christ as in Isaiah 53:1- 6.


13. In the Lord’s Supper (The Holy Communion) and partake of it as a church.


14. In the principle of Church Biblical Tithing and offering which is to be practiced by every believer.


15. The family is the fibre (nucleus) of a society hence marriage must be given full sanctity and honored by every believer without compromising it whatsoever. In respect to this, the minister must be an example of Christian chastity and that his/her marital status be above
reproach or question.


16. In respect to 15 above, the Ministry shall teach adherence to holy marriage (matrimony) and practice its godly officiating as befits the holy church of Christ.


17. In the second coming of Jesus to complete His work and consummate the eternal plan of God of salvation, resurrecting the righteous dead and to catch away the living saints to him in the air (rapture of saints), then the reign on earth for a thousand years.


18. In the bodily resurrection; for eternal life with the maker for the saints, or eternal punishment in hell fire for the unrepentant wicked, together with Satan.

It is greatly desired that all teachings, beliefs and practices, revelations, visions, missions and activities, done by members/ believers in this church, at personal or communal levels revolve around these basics of faith, not going beyond what is written.
